Your interests define the assignment
Our customer is the buyer who needs a clearer view of a supplier, a factory or an order. You may have shortlisted a company, received a promising quotation, placed an order or encountered an issue that is difficult to assess remotely. We help you decide what needs checking and carry out the work agreed with you.
You remain responsible for choosing the supplier and making commercial decisions. Our role is to provide independent observations and practical information that help you make those decisions with a better understanding of the situation.
What buyer-side support can include
An assignment may cover supplier authenticity, the relationship between a selling company and a production facility, factory capability, current workload, product quality or packaging requirements. Where agreed, we can also assist with logistics coordination and post-dispatch issues.
These are different services. A supplier verification does not automatically include product inspection, and a factory visit does not automatically cover every stage of an order. We define the purpose and boundaries before starting.
We do not sell you the products
Source With Trust is not the seller of the goods or the supplier’s sales representative. We work for an agreed service fee paid by the buyer. We do not earn a supplier commission or add a hidden product margin.
Our main focus is assessing suppliers you have identified or already work with. If you need preliminary help identifying possible suppliers, explain that requirement so we can discuss whether limited assistance fits the assignment.
When to involve us
A useful starting point is a specific question: “Does this company manufacture the product itself?”, “Can this facility handle our requirement?” or “What is happening with our order?” You do not need to request every service. Start with the decision you need to make and the information you are missing.
