How We Prepare Your Service Quotation

There is no single fixed price for every Source With Trust assignment because buyers need different work. A focused document check, a factory visit and support across several locations involve different activities and responsibilities. We first understand your requirement, then quote for a defined scope.

Selected services, work locations, and the scope and depth of work form the agreed service proposal.
The proposal confirms the fee, deliverables, timing and any separately agreed expenses.

What shapes the quotation

The services you select are the starting point. Supplier verification, production capability assessment, product inspection, packaging checks and coordination support each involve their own work.

Locations also matter. Where the work takes place and the travel required can affect the arrangements and expenses. The scope and depth of the assignment determine the level of investigation, reporting and coordination involved.

Your required timing, available documents and access arrangements help us assess feasibility. Tell us about an urgent deadline at the start so we can discuss what can reasonably be undertaken.

What to send us

Describe the product, the stage of your purchase and the decision you need to make. Include relevant supplier and facility details, their locations, the questions you want checked and any important deadline. Share the specifications or reference documents needed to understand the work.

You do not need to choose technical service names. Explaining the problem clearly is enough to begin a scope discussion.

What the proposal should make clear

Before you confirm, review the agreed services, locations, deliverables, timing, required access and payment terms. The quotation should distinguish the service fee from any separately agreed expenses, including travel and accommodation where applicable.

Our fee pays for the assignment. It is not a percentage of your purchase order, and we do not earn a supplier commission or a hidden margin on your products.

When requirements change

An additional visit, a new location, deeper investigation or further support may change the original scope. We discuss the change and its fee or timing implications before undertaking additional work. This keeps the assignment understandable for both sides.

Start with the outcome you need

If you are unsure which service to request, tell us what you need to know before your next decision. We can discuss a suitable assignment and prepare a quotation that explains what your fee covers.
