Our aim is to keep every party aligned so there’s no confusion or delay.
What exactly does Post-Dispatch Support include?
It covers all follow-ups after dispatch — document verification (invoice, packing list, BL), sealing confirmation, shipment tracking updates, and coordination until vessel departure.
We ensure you stay informed and nothing slips through unnoticed.
If issues arise after arrival (defects, damages, or short supply), can you help with the supplier?
If you’ve engaged us for full-chain verification — from vendor checks to packaging and logistics coordination — such issues are extremely rare.
However, if you’ve taken only selective services, we’ll still assist by collecting proof, communicating with the supplier, and supporting resolution. Commercial settlements remain between buyer and supplier, but we ensure every case is handled with proper documentation and follow-through.
(SECTION 5) : Process, Timelines & Commercials - How quickly can you start, and what’s the typical turnaround time?
Desktop verifications usually start within 24–48 hours and complete in 24–72 hours.
On-site visits/inspections are typically scheduled within 3–7 days (location/complexity dependent).
Reports are delivered within 24–48 hours after the visit—expedite options available when feasible.
What information do you need from us to begin a case?
Supplier details (name, contact, location), product/specs and scope (authenticity, capacity, quality, packaging), desired AQL/checklist, and any buyer/retailer packaging rules.
If logistics are involved, share forwarder/CHA details.
We’ll confirm the plan, timeline, and deliverables before we start.
Do you work on per-task pricing or retainers for ongoing programs?
Both. Per-task suits ad-hoc checks; retainers suit multi-vendor, multi-shipment programs.

What payment methods/currencies and invoicing terms do you support?
